From October 15 to 18, 2026, this FEI CSI3* showjumping competition will once again be held at the National Stadium (Bird’s Nest). Three ticket categories – VIP seats, Field seats and Grandstand seats – are available simultaneously on Damai, offering diverse options to cater to different viewing needs. Whether you are a devoted equestrian fan or a first-time spectator of the sport, you may experience up close the arena’s speed, riders’ skill and the tacit understanding between horse and rider at this Double Olympic Venue. This annual equestrian gala featuring top-level competition and excellent viewing experience is about to kick off.

Top Riders Gather at the Bird’s Nest

This year’s international rider roster boasts an array of celebrated athletes. Up to now, 13 top international riders from 7 countries have confirmed their participation at the Bird’s Nest, including Henrik von Eckermann, holder of the record for the longest consecutive reign as FEI World No.1; Thibeau Spits, current FEI U25 World No.1; Daniel Deusser, German star who claimed team gold at the 2026 FEI World Equestrian Games; and Longines Ambassador of Elegance Jane Richard, alongside other strong competitors. Riders with varied technical styles and rich competitive experience will converge at the Bird’s Nest, lending greater suspense to this year’s international contests. The Chinese rider lineup is equally anticipated, featuring seasoned athletes who have competed at the Olympic Games, Asian Games and other global events, as well as emerging talents who stood out from the 2026 Road to Bird’s Nest Qualifiers. World-famous riders and Chinese equestrians will meet and compete at the Bird’s Nest, adding plenty of excitement to the tournament.

Four Days of Competition, Rising Intensity

Spanning four days, the event features competitions of varying levels and formats, starting with rising talents and culminating in the Grand Prix. The competitive intensity and viewing experience escalate day by day. The total prize pool exceeds RMB 2 million, adding extra appeal to contests across all categories. On October 15, the Opening Day, emerging riders will take the lead to kick off the Challenge events. October 16 is Challenge Day, featuring the 125CM Team Competition and 140CM International Welcome Competition, where Chinese and international riders compete head-to-head at a higher level. October 17 marks Festival Day with junior competitions, the 145CM Professional Rider Pairing Competition and the "Rider’s Night" gala staged one after another, bringing together young talents, professional rivalry and equestrian culture on a single day. October 18 is the Day of the Grand Finale. The final of the 135CM CT Elite Competition opens the day, followed by the 150CM Longines Grand Prix, which will bring the four-day competition to its climax. The highest-level showdown of this edition unfolds at the Bird’s Nest for the ultimate honours.

Three Seat Categories, Diverse Viewing Options

To cater to different viewing preferences, three types of seats are available for this Masters: VIP, Field and Grandstand, each offering unique viewing perspectives and supporting experiences. VIP seats are close to the main competition arena, allowing visitors to feel the speed and tension as horse-and-rider combinations clear obstacles up close. Benefits include exclusive catering service provided by a five-star hotel, VIP gift sets, and opportunities to interact with international riders. Field seats are situated in the Equestrian Park area. Spectators can stay nearer to the action, enjoying spectacular displays from riders and horses and immersing themselves in the thrill of international equestrian competition. Refreshment breaks are provided for Field ticket holders to enhance viewing comfort. Grandstand seats deliver a broader panoramic view across the entire Bird’s Nest, ideal for audiences who wish to fully soak up the tournament atmosphere. Spectators can take in the full arena layout as well as every take-off and landing of horse-rider pairs.

Beyond the Arena, Enjoy Equestrian Culture

The excitement extends far beyond the competition arena. From October 16 to 18, the Equestrian Park adjacent to the arena will be open to all ticket holders. Visitors may enter the park during competition intervals to experience equestrian culture up close. The park gathers numerous renowned domestic and international equestrian gear brands, showcasing their equipment and offering a space for equestrian enthusiasts to communicate. Platinum Sponsor CAVALLERIA TOSCANA will host the global debut of its Spring/Summer 2027 outerwear collection. Catering, beverages and automobile displays will also be available, bringing more choices for spectators between races.

As the title partner, official timekeeper and official watch of the event, Longines features a dedicated booth in the Equestrian Park to showcase elegance on the wrist. Longines Ambassador of Elegance Jane Richard will also make an appearance at the venue during the competition. On October 18, the 150CM Longines Grand Prix will serve as the grand finale. Acting as official timekeeper, Longines will record every breathtaking moment created by riders and their horses.

This year, the event joins hands with HOPE Charity Organization to launch a public welfare exhibition of paintings by children with autism, known as "Children of the Stars", allowing visitors to feel the warmth where art and equestrianism blend while enjoying the competition. Meanwhile, pony experience activities will be available in the Equestrian Park. Families and first-time visitors to horses can learn about horses and equestrian sport through hands-on interaction, discovering the unique charm of this sport. Event mascots Xingzai and Xingmei will also be on site to interact with audiences.
